This record belonged to Szeryng and was given to a friend of his with a dedication in 1958, when he was 40 years old and at the peak of his talent and at the time of the recording of Prokofiev's violin concerto (SEE PICS)

UNDER A NORMAL LIGHT THE RECORD LOOKS EYEBALL like NEAR MINT .
UNDER A STRONG LIGHT SOME FAINT HAIR-LINES (THAT DO NOT AFFECT SOUND) CAN BE SEEN, So I graded it as NM MINUS.

Thorens TD 550/Ortofon Arm /AudioTechnica AT OC9/III MC, Audio Research PH 7 Phono, Marantz 7C preamp, Marantz 8B amp and Magneplanar 3.5.
FULL PLAY CHECK (listened to record from beginning to end)
Side 1: Plays NEAR Mint minus close Near Mint
Side 2: Plays NEAR Mint minus close Near Mint
Plays with occasional background noise (soft crackles and pops) that do not affect sound. (NO SKIPS; NO TIC, NO TOC).
Record is graded with the combination Ortofon Arm /AudioTechnica AT OC9/III MC. This combination is very sensitive to background noise.
Probably played with a with a MONO cartridge and with a strong cleaned the background noise will disappeared.
