This is a collection of 3 Herbie Hancock blue note albums reissues (Empyrean Isles, Speak Like A Child, Inventions & Dimensions)
Empyrean Isles - This is the 75th anniversary edition. It comes with the inner sleeve. Everything (cover, inner sleeve and disc) is in NM condition. It's practically new but I played it twice. There're ocasional crackles here and there, only noticeable in the very quiet parts (e.g., the last track of side B). So, I grade the sound more like between VG+ and EX, which is very good for a record pressed at United.
Inventions & Dimensions - This is the 80th anniversary edition (now called the "classic series"). Cover and disc in NM condition. It's practically new but I played it twice. Still in its original shrink but open. Gorgeous pressing with very rare and insignificant background noise here and there.
Speak Like A Child - DMM cut from the Cadre Rouge Audiophile Edition series (US 1985). The cover, which is not a gatefold, is in EX condition with only mild signs of use. The record is also in VG++/EX condition with a bit of scuffing in the last two tracks of side B. These scuffs only produce minimal and non-distracting noises. A beautiful copy of a rare and out of print release.
