Description
I'm having a clearout of some of my vinyl. Please keep an eye out as I'll be listing some very nice records all with NO RESERVE
Released on the Cheapskate label, CHEAP 29 in the U.K. in 1981. This is Mick Nash from the Rockin' Devils recorded under the psuedonym of Herbie Knerbie performing two self composed tracks. A great piece of British revival comedy rock 'n'roll, the lyrics of which will resonate with anybody who knows a biker who's a wizard with spanners but useless at everything else!
The Rockin' Devils were from the Southend area and billed themselves as the World's only 2 1/2 piece rock 'n' roll band on account of a height challenged band member. They were a great and credible band who had a strong following on the rockin' scene at the time.
CONDITION: Side A looks and plays Near Mint (I detected just a few clicks in the last few seconds of the fade at the end of the track).
Side B as a blemish that runs across the record, but I've checked it and it plays EX, some crackles near the start, but otherwise plays fine without loud pops, persistant crackling, jumps etc.
SHIPPING: £1.70 U.K./£3 Elsewhere
