Great condition overall, one slight corner bump, slight indention on bottom edge of sleeve - see pics.  OBI strip has been folded over on bottom end due to being put in the gatefold sleeve. No splits. Light sleeve wear on vinyl edges, no scratches. Spins flat.  This one is getting very hard to find.
Disclaimer: I am not a dealer. I am a private collector downsizing my collection. Since records were not purchased with the intent to resell, be aware that they come from a smoking environment, but they have been stored in resealable Sleeve City sleeves since receipt/unsealing. Many records have also been stored upright in boxes for much of the time I have owned them rather than being exposed on a shelf. If a potential smoke smell is more important to you than how a record looks or plays, shop elsewhere as you have been warned!
