Description
Nice playing copy of this collection of Hollies hits! Typical 7” reel, 4-track stereo 1/4” tape. Released in 1967 on “American Recording Tape” by Stereotape / Greentree Electronics / Bell & Howell. Imperial catalogue number STI-12350.
Tested from start to finish on my Pioneer RT-707. A blast to listen to, but not perfect. There are 3 splices that I counted. Two were barely noticeable, one was a little more obvious on “Tell Me To My Face” / “Just One Look”. There are also some fluctuations in volume here and there, mainly on side 1. That being said, these 7-1/2 IPS tapes are known for their sonic quality, and it makes for a fun listen despite the issues.
Box is in excellent shape. Very little wear or fading, and no splits.
Item will be shipped in an actual cardboard box with padding, not a crappy envelope. Thanks for looking and good luck!
I have a few other reel to reel tapes for sale, check out my other listings!
