Description

MFSL 1-510 – Holst, The Planets, Sir George Solti, London Symphony Orchestra.This original master audiophile recording was pressed in Japan with the meticulous care that made Mobile Fidelity famous. It was recorded in February, 1978 in Kingsway Hall, London by the legendary Kenneth Wilkinson. The vinyl on this copy is essentially perfect – I purchased it myself in the early 80’s and have only played it once or twice since then.  The surfaces are clean, glossy, and exceptionally quiet with NO pops, clicks, tics, or skips - it is very quiet, with NO marks. The vinyl looks and plays mint (M).  The labels also look new.   The jacket shows very little wear and grades NM- (see photos).  In summary, this is a near mint copy of this famous audiophile recording.  Feel free to return for a full refund if not completely satisfied.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - please pay shipping through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
