Description

Hugely rare radiohead related item, reportedly only 50 in existence. I was given it by the sleeve's designer, Dave Goodchild and was told the sleeve was designed for the last few copies of the ep which has 4 tracks, one of which features Thom yorke in his pre-Radiohead band Headless Chickens.

Record and inserts are in mint condition. Sleeve is near mint having been taken out of it's plastic cover 2 or 3 times only.

I've set a reserve on this so if you're serious about owning a genuine Radiohead related rarity, now's your chance. It's highly unlikely that I'll put this on Ebay more than once.

Good luck!
