Third album from legendary British band.

Hookfoot was a British rock band, active from 1970 to 1974.  Renowned for their musicianship and brilliant live performances.

Formed by Caleb Quaye (guitars, piano and vocals) and three fellow DJM session musicians, Ian Duck (vocals, guitars and harmonica), Roger Pope (drums) and David Glover (bass), the band were also backing musicians for Elton John, appearing together on most of his early recordings for DJM.

Pressed in the UK in 1972.  Heavyweight vinyl

This is an immaculate example of the album.  The vinyl is unmarked and still has a fantastic sheen. It has rarely been played and is still tight to the spindle.  No spindle marks.  Album plays and sounds great.  Amazing condition for its age, you will be hard pushed to find one in this condition anywhere.  The very distinctive sleeve is in Ex condition, just a little shelf wear.  Plastic lined inner sleeve may be a replacement.

RECORD QUALITY

Albums are cleaned first and then played on my Technics SLQ-200 deck through a Technics SU-610 amp.  I grade according to sight and sound.  I believe my grading to be fair, if you disagree when you receive your LP, please contact me.

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

Very Good - The record has obviously been played, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and scratches.

Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.

Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc

Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.

Sleeve Quality.

MINT – The cover and extra items – lyric sheet, poster, booklet etc are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT – The cover and the packaging may have slight wear and tear or creasing 

V.GOOD – Normal wear and tear – no major defects.

 GOOD –The cover shows signs of scuffing, splits or discoloration.

FAIR – The cover or contents are torn, stained or defaced.

 POOR –The cover is badly damaged or partly missing
