Description
Horace Parlan Headin' South stereo Blue Note 84062 Toshiba Japan w insert Beautiful Japanese pressing
Horace Parlan (p), George Tucker (b), Al Harewood (d) Ray Barretto (cga) Recorded 1960
The record looks and plays M-. No scuffs and no scratches. Grooves are bright, glossy and do not show wear or damage and look unplayed or nearly so. A nice copy.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover looks bright and shiny with a hint of ring wear and some small wear spots near the bottom. There's a line of crinkling or denting of the slick near the top that is visible in some light. The corners at the bottom are both slightly dented with wear spots. The back cover is shiny and clean. No split seams. Spine is intact and readable .
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
I WILL NOT END AUCTIONS EARLY. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
