THE HORACE SILVER QUINTET & TRIO "BLOWIN' THE BLUES AWAY" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #4017.   Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp...in outstanding condition!!!  MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63RD NYC address on both labels.  The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides.  "EAR" and RVG stamp in the trail-off on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Blue Mitchell/trumpet; Junior Cook/tenor sax; Horace Silver/piano; Eugene Taylor/bass; Louis Hayes/drums.  The vinyl is in phenomenal NM condition (beautiful sheen).  Gorgeous!  The thick glossy cover is in excellent shape, displays wonderfully.  Slight crease at bottom right corner on front only.  Small signature in fine pen at top left on back.  Small vintage dept. store price sticker at top right on back.  There is a very minor, faint age/moisture stain along very bottom on back.  NO seam splits, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  Overall, very nice!  Address on back cover is 47 West 63rd St., New York 23.  The songs are:  Blowin' The Blues Away; The St. Vitus Dance; Break City; Peace; Sister Sadie; The Baghdad; Melancholy Mood.
