This record and all the other 10 inch LPs I am offering were play graded using a stereo cartridge and stereo preamp. I also spot played them all using a mono cartridge and mono preamp and, without exception, they played significantly better, anywhere from a half to nearly a full grade.Side 1 of the record is , visually, VG+. There is a light scuff, not into the grooves and a few, superficial marks. Side 2, visually, is between VG and VG+. There are more scuffs, but they are light. Grooves on the record, both sides look in good shape and do not show graying or spreading and there are no spindle marks. I played most of the record and it played between VG and VG+. It was a fairly quiet pressing with light even surface noise with ticks but not heavy pops. The noise was not intrusive and the music played loud and strong and well above the noise and without distortion. The record is a good copy and plays enjoyably.
The cover is a strong VG. Seams and spine are intact with heavy wear on bottom. Spots of heavy wear at three corners. Back is intact with moderate wear and a strip across the top app 1 inch wide of staining or fading. Front cover has some tiny spots of heavy wear. Cover looks better than grade.
