Description
IF BIDDING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK THEN PLEASE NOTE THAT I USE EBAY'S GSP FOR POSTING. THESE COSTS CAN BE HIGH. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THESE PRICES THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. For the UK any item sold over £20 will be sent tracked (£3.90) and any item over £50 will be sent special delivery (£9). Due to increased costs from third parties unfortunately I have had to raise p&p costs.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I USE THE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM (see below) AND NOT DISCOGS!!
Please also note that this item will be sent signed-for which is why the P&P is higher.
I am selling off some of my collection so:-
For auction here is a very nice Advance Promo single by I Luv Wight with 'Let The World Wash In' coupled with 'Mediaeval Masquerade' and issued on the Philips Records label 6006 043 in 1970. This comes with the rare picture sleeve which is in a very nice condition. It proclaims this as the Festival Song.
The sleeve is complete with no stickers and no writing. It does however have some paper creases and bends and there is a 3mm split on a flap at the bottom back sleeve which you might just see in the scans. It i still a lovely sleeve which is becoming rarer to find.
Visibly there are hardly any marks on the vinyl or the label. It is a very clean copy.
Audibly it plays great and should not disappoint!
Please bid with confidence as I have a 100% positive feedback rating.
I am willing to post multiple items abroad which will be tracked and signed-for. Payments for this method go direct through Paypal as Ebay's GSP does not cater for multiple item sales unfortunately.
I try to adhere as closely as possible to the Record Collector Magazine grading system which is shown below as a guide. I do ad + and - to gradings for intermediate conditions. Any record described as 'Mint' will mean 'Unplayed'.
RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-fillerprice rating
