High Gloss Vinyl very close to NM with only a very few faint sleeve marks, viewed under hard bright light, that are completely inaudible. Labels are Pristine both sides with no spindle marks.

COVER is EX+
Snapping bright and super clean, crisp and straight all around with no creases, writing, soil or other marks. Metallic gold print is immaculate and sharp front and back. The only thing bringing the cover down from Near Mint is small wear at bottom corner tips. Seams and spine completely intact with no splits. Spine Titles are crisp, sharp and 100% legible.

the term "NEW AGE" hadn't really been coined in 1975 - nor had the trajectory or stylistic boundaries that would come to limit and characterize a genre that allowed too many bland and mediocre 'artists' free-reign to put out whatever insipid, unimaginative music they and their hippie friends came up with on their new synthesizer, with perhaps a few bells and ocean waves added in.
IASOS was a major talent, a leader and a force apart, one of a very few exceptionally inspired musicians
that would unintentionally unleash a tidal wave of followers - a few truly inspired, who would stand out, but
also legions of far lesser tinkerers who were content to noodle away and chase this new 'market' - with
cookie-cutter results.

The music here not only transcends and surpasses all of that, it has a clarity, depth, fullness and vision that clearly sets itself apart; a dimension beyond, if you will.

If you search for the very best, the rare true gems, from the early West Coast PINA, Cosmic and New Age era, you need to have this record in your collection.

who was a DJ at the Radio Station I co-founded in the 1970's - and who worked for me at my California record store in the '70s and '80s. . Sadly he has now left this mortal coil, bequeathing me his deep Vinyl Mine.
