Description
you are bidding on a rare copy of INCUBUS's very first 45 single!
entitled "let me tell you 'bout root beer"
limited to 500 copies, this was their very first release - issued in 1995 - long before the band's great success
SIDE ONE: "new skin" (later re-recorded, this is the rare original version)
SIDE TWO: "azwethinkweiz"
disc is housed in it's original cardboard picture sleeve (one side of sleeve features a young photo of BRANDON BOYD, holding a can of root beer - the other side of the picture sleeve features some of BRANDON's original artwork
the picture sleeve is in great condition, with just a few very minor surface flaws: the bottom corners have VERY SLIGHT creases (these are NOT major folds, very slight). the top edge of the brandon photo side features a few very very VERY light surface paper scuffs (these are ONLY visible when cover is held up to strong light, you probably wouldn't notice them otherwise). A VERY SLIGHT FLAW.
the disc is in great condition (if you hold the disc up to light, you will see some very minor vinyl imperfection in one small area, but this does not affect the sound of the disc WHATSOEVER. this very slight flaw looks similar to light water spotting - these are NOT SCRATCHES. ***ALSO, i have compared this copy with another original copy, and this surface "water spot" flaw is EXACTLY the same on the second copy....which leads me to believe that this is a slight manufacturing flaw. suffice to say, this does not affect the sound or enjoyment of the disc at all (perhaps all the copies were like this?). other than this surface flawing, this disc is in GREAT shape, probably played only once or twice.
overall, this item is in great shape depite the minor flaws...i wanted to make an effort to OVERDESCRIBE these flaws, as to avoid any disappointment.....PLEASE BID WITH CONFIDENCE!!
