Description

This is a great example of the LP 'Indian Summer' by Indian Summer.

It's on the UK RCA Neon label and is a classic prog/psych LP from 1971. It's a classic and is now very difficult to find.

It's a stereo recording and the catalogue number is NE 3.

OUTER SLEEVE - The gatefold sleeve is in fine condition. The front of the sleeve is superb and there is some minor ring wear on the rear. The edges and spine are in fine condition with minor wear. The wording along the spine is 100% readable. I've graded the sleeve Ex--.

INNER BAG - It's a plain white diecut paper type.

RECORD - The record is in fine condition. It appears to have been played quite a few times. There are some very superficial marks on either side which do not affect the quality. It plays very well on both sides with some definite surface noise, especially between tracks and some occasional pops and clicks on both sides. There are no jumps on any of the tracks on either side.

LABELS - The labels are in great condition. The label on side one features the young lady standing in a shell and is in full colour. the label on side two is black with white wording and gives the track listings for both sides of the record. There are very minor spindle marks on both labels The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - ZGBS 0491-3 - side two - ZGBS 0492-3. I've graded the record as VG+ which I believe is very fair.

I try to grade everything very conservatively and I believe that the winner of this auction will not be disappointed. I guarantee everything I sell. It will be difficult to find this record again.

THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS ITEM.

TRACK LISTING - SIDE ONE - GOD IS THE DOG, EMOTIONS OF MEN, GLIMPSE, HALF CHANGED AGAIN - SIDE TWO - BLACK SUNSHINE, FROM THE FILM OF THE SAME NAME, SECRETS REFLECTED, ANOTHER TREE WILL GROW.

BAND MEMBERS - BOB JACKSON, KEYBOARDS, VOCALS - COLIN WILLIAMS, GUITARS, VOCAL - PAUL HOOPER, DRUMS, PERCUSSION, VOCALS - MALCOM HARKER, BASS GUITAR, VIBES, VOCALS.
