Description
Original 1968 Canada. stereo press of LP on Sparton label
issued by ABC in the U.S.A.
INFLUENCE ( self titled)
CONDITION:
cover: Excellent
clean & sharp with just faint shelf wear/soiling & faint beginning of
early lite ring ( shows just on lower front ~ see scan)
back slick has a bit of, what appears to be, glue residue
vinyl: VG+(+)
a few small lite smudges & faint sleeve lines ~ several lite surface marks &
a couple of long lite needlemarks scross side 2 ~ opening cut on side 1 has
a small lump in the vinyl ( mfgr) ~ DNAP ~ all superficial
plays excellent, but, with several odd occasional lite clicks &
some occasional lite surface noise / soft crackle here & there
band features the superb guitarist from Montreal ~ Walter Rossi

It was also innovative, and had confidence that it was cutting edge
and could compete on any stage. Toronto Village in Summer 1967
was great - lots of talent and a real buzz.
