I believe this to be a 2017, very rare Promo Release to celebrate the bands 40th Anniversary.
I acquired this a few years ago from a Dealer who knew I was an INXS fan. Im thinning my collection & have just discovered how rare this item is. As much as I like INXS, this should really be with a true collector of the Band. 
I’ve never played it, just filed it in the collection. It’s in perfect, unplayed condition. In the original clear PVC sleeve.
