From my personal collection, this is the Vinyl pressing of IQ - Subterranea, pressed on black LP and housed inside a gatefold sleeve and also includes the pre-order only bonus 12" single-sided unreleased tracks.
This edition is the fixed/newer repress (pressed at MPO) as the very first pressing (pressed at GZvinyl) had numerous pressing faults and the band had it repressed at a different plant.
The condition is very good overall but even this pressing has some flaws/imperfections. The gatefold sleeve is very glossy and is a dust magnet but it has no seam splits, just some minor wear on a few corners, some areas on the inside where it looks like the gloss didn't apply properly (pictured) and a very small crease on the inside near the spine (pictured).
The printed inners are like new with no seam splits, creases or wear.
The LP's do have quite a bit of scuffing and hairline marks in places from the plain paper sleeves they came in. I placed them into poly inners since purchase to prevent further issues.
The records are not 100% flat and have small edge warps but nothing drastic. They have been played only once through on my Notts Analogue deck and Linn Adikt cart and track fine on all 4 sides. There is quite a bit of surface noise in places, nothing terrible but I expected better playing surfaces from a brand new record. The worst is during side B which seems to have constant background noise/clicks for the first half but it is low level and doesn't overpower the music. Sound quality is very nice but please be aware these are not quiet records (the original bad press was waaaaaay worse!).
I will grade as good only because I am quite picky about my records, especially when barely used and this one for me is not as quiet as I hoped.
The included 12" is still sealed so I have no idea of the quality of the LP inside but the sleeve looks as new with no creasing or splits. Please be aware I will package it well for delivery but as it's still sealed I cannot guarantee it won't get seam splits in transit.
