IRENE STOLOFSKY
Violin Solo's with Piano Accomp.
Forsaken/Annie Laurie
10" record 78 rpm
E3182
I believe based on some online research that this is a recording from 1917
I have never seen this disc up for auction before, and after much hunting, have not found it anywhere else. It's Rare. I do not have a player that plays 78's so I can't tell you how it plays. But I sell a lot of 33's and 45's so I can give you a sense of how it looks.
Vinyl: I would Grade this VG or VG+. Again, I can't say how it will play because I don't have a 78 player. There are light abrasions on both sides, and a small scratch near the end of Annie Laurie. but older 33's tend to play very well even when they have scratches, so that may be the case with this one. Please enlarge the pictures to get a good look. (Visually Graded)
Cover: No Cover. I will pack it carefully and put it in a sleeve for protection as well, but it didn't come with a cover. (Click on photo's to enlarge)
Label: Both sides are in very nice condition as reflected in the pictures. Someone has written the letter "Z" on both sides. Perhaps Zorro. (Click on photos)
