Raven Hobbies currently use Royal Mail and Myhermes Door to Door Delivery services which can take 3 to 5 days.

International buyers we always send our items signed for. The cost of postage stated on eBay is estimated and we always issue a refund for the difference if postage is less than stated on eBay. We do combine postage on items so please ask. Any custom and duty cost when items reach their destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We can send items using standard international post but we will not accept responsibility for any items that do not arrive or get lost. We always get prove of postage which we will email at time of shipping.

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we're here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.

You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including return postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost. If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch it by the same delivery option you originally selected.
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your return postage costs, as there is no error on our part. If you use our pre-paid postage option then we will deduct the cost from your refund.
