HANDLING TIME: we have a 10-15 days handling time due to the volume of packages we handle and location of the post office, so we do one regular mail out per week of all items paid.

 

*We do not ship from Medellín (our location) because the postage rates here are extremely high. We take this long to ship just to help you save on costs. We have the lowest rates in Colombia!!! Take your time to compare our rates with the rest in our country and you will find out ;)

 

DELIVERY TIME: standard service takes 6 weeks approximately and DOES NOT PROVIDE a tracking number. If you want to track your package please pay registered or EMS. We live in South America and our postal service is extremely slow, especially to countries like ITALY, FRANCE and UK. Those countries must pay registered service. If your package is delayed, please contact us first.

 

IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PATIENCE TO WAIT FOR THE 6 WEEKS DELIVERY, DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM. We can not leave negative feedback but we can still block buyers who don't agree with our terms and open disputes without e-mailing us first.

 

RETURNS: NOT ACCEPTED. We pack all our vinyls in bubble wrap and strong cardboard so there's no way that you receive a damaged item unless customs open it, but that's something that we cannot control. Sorry.
