The record has almost no marks on it at all(just the very slightest paper scuffs and even thoses are hard to see). The record looks unplayed! Both labels have no spindle marks(looks unplayed!). I can't guarantee it hasn't been played so will grade it a near mint condition.

I've taken a close-up of the vinyl to show you how good it looks.

The sleeve has no edge wear(just the slightest bit of edge wear on the opening edge). No corner wear Extremely minimal creasing(hardly worth mentioning and barely noticeable!). No splits. No tears. Will grade excellent plus to an almost near mint condition.
