ISIS panopticon RARE 12" LP side-B only TEST PRESS tool

There were a lot of issues with the pressing plant, Erika Records, during the first press of the ISIS Panopticon 2xLP double album, and as a result there were several different C/D record tests cut. Somewhere in the process of all this a single B-side only (with no A-side) set of tests was also made, and this is one of those. Music on the B-side with a flat black mirror of nuthin' on the A side.

I'm including the "MANDATORY INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT" (aka, approval/rejection sheet) from Erika Records who pressed this up for us as a cool little artifact from manufacturing this release. Looks like only 4 of these were made, probably making this one of the dumber and rarer items in the ISIS catalog. I don't know of anyone outside of the band and myself with a copy of this, so bid hard and be that special "someone". Give this VERY rare ISIS item a good home!

Shipping should be calculated in ebay's calculator thingy, which includes Delivery Confirmation (aka, cruddy "tracking") for the USA. I'll combine shipping if you win multiple items & try to keep it reasonable. I will ship internationally too, but countries with lots of rip-offs (Italy, Indonesia, etc) you'd have to pay for registered mail (which will roughly double the calculated shipping cost). We'll cross that road if we get to it. I have a stupid amount of years of experience packing & shipping stuff, so rest assured it'll get there in the same condition it leaves here.

Payment expected (via PayPal) within 24 hours of auction's end. If you can't do this, please don't bid. If you gotta pay via eCheck that's fine but I won't ship until it clears. Otherwise, I should have this shipped out within just a few days of the auction ending, but due to juggling a lot in both my business & personal lives please allow up to 5 business days for your item(s) to ship.
