Swedish experimental jazz and world music group Iskra started as free jazz, but then went on to invent a musical vocabulary all of their own featuring a wide range of cultural elements, rock/jazz/folk hybrids and bizarre concoctions often featuring bird calls, kazoos, whistles and such-like.

Allan Olsson (saxophone/flute/oboe) and Sune Spångberg (percussion) were former members of G.L.Unit, while Jörgen Adolfsson (saxophone/guitar/flute/clarinet/recorder) and Tuomo Haapala (bass/trumpet/vibraphone)  was also in Vargavinter. Olsson left after the second album and by the time of the fourth, 1983's Fantasies, the group was back to a quintet with addition of Tommy Adolfsson, who had previously played with Jörgen Adolfsson in Archimedes Badkar.

Original Swedish pressing. Both Sleeve and Vinyls are graded Excellent!
