One of the rarest canadian garage / psych 45s here with the rare picture sleeve and in nice condition too! Besides being indemand on the garage / psych market this is starting to become a floorfiller on the mod scene! Copies this nice with the picture sleeve seem to go for about $350 to $450 but I start this one low so all get a chance.
