Items paid for via PAYPAL or via POSTAL ORDER are dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment as long as you give us ALL the correct information – we will email you to tell you we have your payment and your item is on the way. If you’re paying by cheque or postal order then DO NOT forget the item number and to tell us what you’re payment is for (please do not just stick a cheque in the post and not tell us what it is for, we got one today that just says “cheque for ebay item I won”, we have no clue what it is for – got an envelope with 13 dollars in it the other day, no details, no return address no nothing). We do not accept cash!

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE – we’ve had a number of cheques bounce in recent weeks when we’ve trusted people and sent items out – WE NOW RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WAIT SEVEN DAYS FOR A CHEQUE TO CLEAR ONCE IT REACHES US AND GOES IN TO OUR BANK

We try to get things sorted out as quickly as possible - see feedback - however, do be a little bit patient, we are busy here - IF YOU’RE THE IMPATIENT TYPE then please just don’t bid – if you have a problem or a question please do talk, if you deal with us in a polite reasonable way then that’s what you’ll get back from us – problems are easily solved with a little polite communication. However, we have no time for rude. We will of course be delighted to leave positive feedback once everyone is happy and the deal is done. Let us have fun bidding now and make it a happy experience for everyone – if you have any questions or problems please please do ask.
