Description

Real Wild Child / Oh You Beautiful Doll.    A-side is VG+, b-side is VG, ballpoint on label.
Frankie Frankenstein / That's Alright.  Vinyl is good, it plays but there's a crack along the label and into the deadwax.  DJ labels are ok.

     Just for those few who don't know, Ivan is actually Jerry Ivan Allison, the original drummer for the Crickets.  Both of these singles are the boys goofin' in the studio and Norm Petty decided to give it a try with releasing them. 
     Real Wild Child actually got some airplay in a few markets and sold enough copies to chart nationally (#68).  With everyone playing, this is actually the great lost Crickets 45.
     Frankie Frankenstein didn't fare as well.  Folks can get away with one novelty single, but a follow-up is rarely successful.  This is one of those Holly-related 45s that is missing from even the most diehard Hollyfan collections.  In fact, most folks have never seen one.  This one is condition-challenged, but playable and will make a good looking placeholder.
     Technically, I'm just auctioning the Wild Child single and Frankie is a free bonus to the winner.  Both come with vintage Coral company sleeves.
