Description

An original 1st press of CANDLELAND for the UK market. Matrix A1/B1. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover with the 'promo not for sale' sticker. We also have the original and bespoke inner sleeve. There's also some of the original press kit [promotional items from WEA] too. Two quality black and white photos from 1989 [by Andy Catlin]. And the compliment slip signed by **MICK HOUGHTON** at BrassNeck Publicity.
Vinyl (Ex+) In remarkable condition and has only seen the very slightest use. Under close inspectin I'm struggling to make out a single mark. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback without reservation. Intros and inbetweens are beautifully quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Could not be bettered - if you are the ultimate fan this a straightfoward route to get you a perfect copy with the press items all in one go. Plays perfectly clean throughout - into the quietest spots. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) In super condition and it's like it has been archived all this time. Beautifully clean unworn and uncreased surfaces - near perfect. Hardly any edge wear at all and sharp openings. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex). No splits. No wear. A couple of fingerprints. Forgive the glow in the photos [light reflection].
Photos (Ex) In beautiful condition. Superb.
