TRUBROT - Same (Shadoks Music 125, GERMANY)

This is the 1st album from this excellent quintet from Iceland - created from the leading members of the 2 groups Flowers and Hljomar. The travel to London / UK to record their debut album under the direction of producer Tony Visconti - it was released in original form in December 1969 on the "Parlophone Odeon" label. A very beautiful mellow psych infected LP with a strong 60ies pop edge, including great female vocals from Shady Owens. This deluxe Reissue comes, as usual, in thick gatefold cover, 180g vinyl pressing, an informative insert with many pictures - and was released in a numbered 500 copies quantity only ! Postage rates for this album is like 2 LPs or DoLP (heavy vinyl + heavy gatefold cover !!!)
