Idle Race. Time Is (VERY RARE). VG/NM. 1971. Regal Zonophone
The cover and inner sleeve are in acceptable condition with the issues being black mold. Although the LP has no water damage, its been kept in a damp environment which has resulted in a split to the bottom of the cover with a small amount of black mold appearing on the inside. Also the cover has quiet a bit of edge wear and damage to rear at the bottom. The inner sleeve has more mold appearing at the opening on the inside of the sleeve. The good news is that none of this has effected the vinyl. It looks nice and glossy with with just a few very faint hairlines and it sounds wonderful. When play testing the LP I heard only a very small amount of crackle at the beginning of each side for a few seconds then afterwards nothing, just perfect
Please note the record has been visually inspected and play tested for rating
All the records have been cleaned by hand then washed with a 'Disco-Antistat' cleaner (just like a spin clean) and this has in most cases improved the sound considerably.
All LP's are posted in sturdy mailers with a cardboard insert for extra protection. The LP and inner sleeve are removed from inside the cover and both placed inside a plastic outer sleeve.
