Unique Atomic War era memorabilia item. This disc was released to provide some guidance as to what to expect and what to do in the case of nuclear attack. Much like "duck and cover" it highlights the folly of thinking the type of war being conceived could be survived. Makes a great collectible item that talks! Very cool.
