Hiya:

Here is a set of 3 used but not abused records (that's vinyl records folks, not a CD!) from Iggy Pop as well as The Iguanas. 

1) "The Idiot".   RCA Records (APL 1-2275).  This LP is from 1977.  It's a promo album (the cover is stamped Demonstration Not For Sale).  This was the first Iggy solo LP and it was produced by (and features) David Bowie.  The cover shows quite a bit of shelfwear and a has an old pricetag.  The record has a bit of dust and a scritch or two but nothing terribly serious.  Calling Sister Midnight!       

2) "Lust For Life".   RCA Records (AFL 1- 2488).  This LP is also from 1977.  It's the second solo Iggy LP and it's also produced by David Bowie.  This is the one with Mr. Pop's classic songs "Lust For Life", "The Passenger" and "Some Weird Sin".  When I was looking at the LP I found a ticket stub inside.  It's from Oct. 14, 1977 at The Orpheum Theatre in Boston.  My seat was Orchestra J 214!  It's hard to imagine that that was over 30 years ago.  You'll get the stub along with the album if you purchase it.  The cover shows quite a bit of shelfwear.  There is also an old price tag.  The record has the usual scritches and dust but again nothing scary.  

3) "The Iguanas".  Norton Records (ED-251).  This album is from 1996 but the recordings are from 1964.  The cover looks great except for a corner bump on the front lower right corner.  The record itself looks pretty much unplayed.  Here's baby Iggy (still called Jim Osterberg, of course) drumming and singing with this rockin' combo from good old Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Classic garage band stuff and lot's of it!!
