Description

This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Ike Quebec “It Might as Well Be Spring” on the New York, USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4105.   The playing surface is in near-new condition, with just a singe light inaudible scuff on the first track of Side 1; perhaps played once.  The laminated New York 23 cover is in remarkable condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout – with sharp corners and unworn seams; ¼” bump at the top left corner.  Blue Note inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Freddie Roach, Milt Hinton, and Al Harewood.  $350.00.
