Description

Black label with trumpet player logo. Jacket is the corresponding Mercury original issue. 8 tracks with leader, Jacquet, tenor sax. Some of the musicians that perform are Art Blakey, Jimmy Crawford, drums; John Collins, Freddie Green, guitar; Hank Jones, Count Basie, piano(also organ) and others. The groups are Big Bands and small groups.

Cover: VG++ Intact and clean. Slight wear on the front cover. Light aging on the back cover. Fine overall condition.

Record: VG++ or Better Visually shows very light wear with a few light surface brush-like rub marks. There is no groove noise only a few isolated clicks. The slight discoloration on the vinyl does not affect the sound. The record is difficult to grade as the sound and quality of the pressing is much better than the appearance. I have rated the record conservatively. Fine overall condition. Audibly checked.
