I'm Holding On / Come Down

Jamaican pressed light blue vinyl ska 7" single on the Sep Records label. Comes in a generic white sleeve. Also, the centre has been pushed out and replaced with a 45 adaptor.
The record has been ultrasonically cleaned.
CONDITION
Examined under a strong halogen lamp, both sides have the occasional very light scratch, and the A side (I'm Holding On) has 3 very small pressing dimples. A 1cm portion of the rim is also damaged on the A side as if it has been subject to a cigarette burn but it doesn't encroach onto the playing surface itself and it had no effect on the stylus when played. A visual grade of Good+
When played on a Pro-ject Debut III turntable both sides play with just a light background crackle that is pretty much drowned out by the music and is only really noticeable during the silence of the run-in and run-off, apart from 3 very quiet 'clicks' on the B side but you need to listen closely to detect them. I should also note that the grooves are not 'centred', which is evident in a slight but noticeable horizontal side to side movement of the headshell/arm when it is being played, but this does not affect the music. Generally, there is a great clarity to the music that is not distorted by any surface noise, which is unusual for such records. I am happy to give it a play-grade of Very Good
Does not skip or stick.
Both labels show some very slight wear, and the A side label has (I think) a record store label attached.

GRADING GUIDE - IMPORTANT!
I visually examine all records under a strong 35w halogen lamp, which shows up ALL defects.
I strictly grade my records according to the Record Collector / Rare Record Price Guide (RRPG) guidelines, which, means to me as follows:
MINT- Must be sealed
NEAR MINT - Totally unmarked, no scratches, not even faint 'hairlines' / sleeve withdrawal marks or any other signs of having been played.
EXCELLENT - No scratches, just signs of having been played, such as the odd faint 'hairline' sleeve withdrawal mark that is only visible under the lamp.
VERY GOOD - The first mild scratches have begun to appear, but only very, very few.
GOOD - More scratches than Very Good and more severe, but I am confident that the record will play through without skips or sticking and will still provide a good listening experience.
FAIR - The record may not play through properly with a chance of it jumping and / or it will play with significant background noise.
POOR - It definitely won't play without skipping or sticking.
Below Near Mint I will use a plus or minus suffix with a grade to highlight fine differences.
COVER GRADES
I try to ensure that my cover grades are EXACTLY as stated in Record Collector magazine / RRPG. Therefore, if a cover is defaced, or torn I won't grade it better than Fair or Good. However, if the fault is relatively minor and the rest of the cover is overwhelmingly of a certain grade then I will use this grade.
