This nicely produced recently published weighty book is much more than the story of The Action 1960s Pop Group.Replete with rare photos and cuttings it describes the whole so-named "Mod" & later phenomona in lengthy and rare clothing & music detail from an insiders POV perhaps for the last time as the author is recently passed away.Excellently narrated and funny in places I found myself unable to put it down till I reached the end where I was transported back in time in my imagination to the era of 'Here We go Round the Mulberry Bush the Twisted Wheel and The Peacock Club.'Well worth the money.Some large colour photos.As new read once.
