  • This is very good audience recording which has mild stereo separation between channels. It's about a B+. The sound overall is well balanced, and all instruments come out fairly clear in the mix. As in most audience recordings, this recording is mostly mid-range and a little adjustment on your stereo is needed to bring out the bass.
  • There are fade-outs on the ends of a few songs before they are finished such as "Everybody Wants Some". "Happy Trails" is edited out of the middle of "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love". Dave's sword dance routine is also deleted.
  • The show is a typical 1984 era show, no real surprises in the songs played although the band is in very good form and Dave in particular delivers a great performance and keeps his raps compact and short. The title of this set comes from a quote that Dave makes just before "1984" is played.
  • The albums came in a blank white sleeve with a photocopied insert showing Dave in his huge cowboy hat and a partial track listing and Japanese lettering on the bottom. Insert Cover "Fan Club of Taiwan promo use only".
