I only use Goldmine Standards to grade my records, and here are the grades for
this albums record, inner sleeve, and jacket:
  

Record: Ex+/NM  -  The record itself is one of the finest authentic VJ Beatles records I have ever seen. The vinyl has deep grooves, the black vinyl naturally shines and reflects. It's truly a beautiful album! The labels have no writing, no stickers, and almost no wear at all. This is especially rare for a label with the VJ oval logo! This is truly a TOP COPY - any true collector should get this album as a wonderful addition to their collection. The authenticity of this album is proven by the phrases "The Beatles" and "Introducing the Beatles" both above the spindle hole, therefore being an authentic, gorgeous MONO copy!


Inner Sleeve: G+  -  The original VJ inner sleeve is incredibly rare to find, and it really adds to the authenticity of this album. As seen in the images, there is a tear on the sleeve, but that does not take away from its' beauty in striking color and history.


Jacket: Ex  -  The jacket for this album is fantastic, with no writing on the front or reverse, and there is minimal wear that is entirely visible in the images I have posted. This jacket matches the record (this is not a mismatched copy), and the spine is in tact and beautiful.

 As the end of this auction gets closer, I wanted to provide some more details and pictures about this incredibly rare,
100% authentic Beatles album.

This is a VJ 1062 Mono Version II copy - Oval VJ Logo, Original Inner Sleeve


The record jacket is in tact entirely, no seam splits, and just minor wear. Along the left edge, there are some minor blemishes. Otherwise, as seen below, this record is beautiful.





Here are images of the labels, close up. As you can see, there are some scratches on both sides, and overall, I'd say this is the largest flaw of the entire album (which speaks a lot about how great this album is!).





The binding on this album is gorgeous, with the lettering of the album completely visible. There are minor dents here and there, but the lettering is clear:




One of the nicest aspects to this album is the incredibly rare, authentic, VJ inner sleeve - which only came with these albums when the albums were originally released in 1963.

As you can see, there are some small tears at the top of the inner sleeve. You can see the small tears in these images - there are NO seam splits! You can even see the original middle dip on the top of the sleeve (seen in the image on the right, middle and top of sleeve). These inner sleeves are flat, and an amazing addition to this rare album.

 


Here is an example of how incredible the sleeve is - no seam splits, I'd say in VG+ to Excellent shape!




The vinyl itself is in incredible shape as well - for an album nearly 50 years old, this has been incredibly well preserved!

Most importantly, this album is 100% authentic. The trail-off area reads accurately, reading 63 - 3403.
