Description
Up for Auction is this Introducing The Beatles Vinyl Album. I bought a Lot of Beatle records a while back at a garage sale, and I pretty much only collect Pearl Jam Records so I have decided to sell them. I have since read a lot on this album and learned that it is the most counterfitted album ever made. I am not an expert on this subject, in the articles I have read there are certain characteristics to look for in the authentic versions. The cover should have a shadow next to where George is standing, this one does, it should not say stereo under VeeJay Records in upper left corner, this one does not, it should be glossy, This one I believe is. The record name and Vee-Jay records is on the spine. The Letter E in Honey on the back has an ink deficit in many of the fakes, this cover does not have the deficit. The record itself should have Introducing The Beatles and The Beatles all above the spindle hole in the record, this one does, the colorband should be bold with the color green in it, this one has that, the trail off area should be up to one inch but not over, this one is not over one inch. Please check out the pictures. The album is opened and used. The cover is in nice condition, there is a light scratch by where George is standing. The album does appear to have been played and should play fine. I have not spun it nor do I have a record player to spin it so I don't know how she plays. I am not an expert so I am not claiming this to be authentic or not, but certain indicators are pointing in the direction of authentic. You Vinyl experts can be the judge of that! I am not advertising this to be mint, so if you are looking for a mint album look elsewhere, but it is in nice shape. Please e-mail me any questions you may have. Outside U.S please contact me prior to bidding! Thanks!
