Description

The Beatles!!  Introducing The Beatles LP!!  Original Paste-Over Double Art Slick LP!!

This used vinyl record is Introducing The Beatles, by The Beatles.  This is a very rare record, and this is the only one with this rare cover currently on eBay!  This is an original mono edition of the album, and it has a second art slick pasted over the original one on the back cover.  This is the "Version Two" cover of the Vee-Jay Records release (VJLP 1062).  Looking at the back cover, one can see that the second art slick covers an original back cover listing "Love Me Do" as the final track on Side 1 and "P.S. I Love You" as the first track on Side 2.  This edition of the album substitutes "Ask Me Why" and "Please Please Me" for these tracks, respectively, and has a corrected track list on the back cover and record labels.  The record's cover is overall in VG- condition.  There is some ring-wear on the front; there is a red smudge and three things written in pen on the back cover ("Spring '64", "George", and "John").  There is also a small patch of wear on the back in the Side One track list.  There is wear on the corners of the cover, and some light damage to the top of the spine.  The record itself is in G+ condition.  This version of the record has become a rare collectible due to the altered tracklisting.  Again, this is the only paste-over, double slick cover version of the LP currently available on eBay!
