4 great original albums, 2 by the biggest in British history and the world, plus a similar lesser known group. These are all the real deals. Beatles VJLP 1062 mono with 'Ask Me Why' &' Twist and Shout' as the sixth song on each side. It has all the signs of being real such as George Harrison's shadow. This I believe books at around 300.00 in near mint shape in price guide. The cover is great and all intact and all the spine writing is clearly visible. The back is very white and not much fading. It's hard to find an original cover in this great of condition. The record is only a VG with very light chicken scratches but is very shiny. This is especially cool because I'm including 2 of the 4 versions of the famous Vee Jay logo. There is the cool oval and also the plain black VJ logo. It is also only a VG. They should play fine although I'm sure they will have normal noise for a record that is not near mint. I haven't played these. I keep both in a protective sleeve behind the cover. They both have The Beatles above the center hole and the colorband one is all correct. Plus an excellent 'The Beatles Second Album-original #ST2080, 1964. I believe this books for around 100.00 in price guide. It is Capitol Colorband label, in stereo. There is no printing in colorband as the reissue one has and no 'Subsidiary of Capitol Industries Inc' which is the 1968 version. This is in excellent condition, both cover and album. You don't find these in this condition very often. The Stones is similar on the record but the cover has more wear. There is a small seam split about 3 inches at top at opening and you can't read spine writing but it is intact. There is some clear scotch tape on back and a little at the bottom but isn't real noticeable. The back has some fading and a few stains. This is the mono version with London on maroon label unboxed at top. # LL3375. It books at about 60.00? in near mint shape although you'd think it would be much higher being their first album. The front cover does have the add for the bonus photo although it is missing as most are. It does have the original inner sleeve advertising other groups on London Records. .Keeping with the theme of 'England's Newest Hit Makers' is The Hullabaloos on Roulette. It books at around 50.00 in near mint and is a much lesser known group but still cool. The record is probably a VG+ and cover has wear such as staining and some spine deterioration but is all intact. There are some red ink type stamps on back probably put on by a DJ. Just check out those hair styles. *As a bonus there are 9 different Beatles 45s covering most of the labels they were on. They are mostly in VG+ condition but a few are VG. *Please see all 12 photos.
