Description
Right off-although the disc (with the 45 size labels) and the AD BACK record sleeve are in great condition, alas, the BLANK BACK album cover is merely "good."
However, these BLANK BACKS were produced in so fewer numbers than the AD BACK cover or any other of the many Vee-Jay Introducing the Beatles cover variations, acquiring one in ANY condition, is no easy task!
As is the case with most of these BLANK BACK covers, this didn't stay BLANK for long. Unfortunately this back cover has some markings that appear to be crayon. In addition, that same crayon appears to have made its way (to a much lesser degree) around to the front cover as well, along with a little pen scribbling. On the "UP" side, the spine is totally intact and fully readable and the top and bottom seams have some wear but are still holding together VERY nicely.
All together: the EXTREMELY limited production of this BLANK BACK cover, the "P.S. I Love You" disc w/45 size labels AND the coveted original Vee-Jay AD BACK dust sleeve, combine to still make this item worthy of ANY serious collection!
Bid with confidence, as you will NOT be disappointed! NO RESERVE!
