About this item:

I do not attempt to grade records at all. I have had problems with records in the past and refuse to attempt this. You get the records in the pictures, they do need cleaned. They did pop and crack on my record player. They did not skip on my record player. There is a noticeable scratch on Beatles Second Album but the record needle stayed in its groove. This does not mean they will not skip on yours. These also appear to be a very early pressings. The Beatles second album also has noticeable cover issues, however looks to be repairable.

These are both rare records, and my starting price is low.

First off I am not a business, My name is Keith and I use eBay to make a few dollars here and there as my job pays a low commission. I have a storage shed filled with all sorts of items I list periodically, a large garage that is filled with old car parts and shop manuals, and I frequent thrift stores and garage sales. This is where I get my items that are listed. I collect vintage computers, software, and old books. Often I will find large lots of these locally and will list the ones that don’t fit into my collection. Also I purchase used musical equipment or electronics and repair them for sale. Sometimes I will have stacks of projects and will list the items I have not had time to tinker with. Sometimes I may even list items that I or a friend have made.

About my Shipping Charges:

Many of the items I sell I would be happy to just make one dollar on. It is my philosophy that 100 items for a dollar is better then 5 items for five dollars. eBay would disagree with me, and their new pricing has structured it in a way that I can no longer offer one dollar items. As a buyer you probably do not realize that all sellers must now pay taxes on every thing that comes in including shipping, eBay also charges fees for every thing including shipping, and pay pall charges fees for everything including shipping. When I sell you a one dollar item that costs 2.50 to ship to you I now have to pay for a tracking number costing eighty five cents, taxes at 12% eBay fees at 9% and pay pall fees of 8%. Because of eBay rules and regulations we have to pay more then $5.70 for an item that last year this time was safe to pay $3.50 for. If you feel I am charging too much for shipping please contact me prior to bidding! I always try to charge as little as possible for shipping and be as fair as possible!

Handling time may be as long as 3 business days from the date payment is received. Most of the time it is a lot less. I usually only ship threw US Postal service and they usually take any where from 2-10 days for you to receive your item. I get this to the post office as soon as possible when leaving feedback please do not judge me based on how long the post office takes to get the item to you! If you want it faster send me a message and we can get you up to a speedy shipping.

When I send you an invoice for your item or items I will always find the cheapest most effective shipping quote I can and offer you that! I do not pad my shipping to make extra money, I will always charge the amount and cost I will be forced to pay to get the item to you. Some items may require additional charges to be shipped safely. As a buyer I will give you the options. If there is a question please watch your eBay mail for a message from me, or read the invoice because I never want you to feel you paid too much for shipping.

I will ship internationally on all my items!

I will ship internationally on all my items! However the shipping to any other country will cost more then the quote in the auction! All buyers are responsible to pay exact shipping charges on all items!

I will not accept returns on foreign items. I will not give refunds on foreign items.

When I ship the item to a foreign country I obtain proof that I shipped it. Our transaction ends there. You did your part by paying and I did my part by supplying the item to the US Post office. If you as a buyer are concerned about how the item is received please e-mail me that you are willing to pay the additional amount for shipping so I can pack the item well. If you are wanting the price reduced I can not add additional precautions to assure the item gets to you undamaged. Also the US offers flat rate shipping witch goes priority mail. These items will arrive safer, and faster then any other shipping service I can use. I prefer to ship items this way.

Old software disclaimer:

Buyers; this software is designed for older computers and may not work correctly with newer systems. The manufacturer may not support it as well due to it’s age. If you need information on how to use this product you may need to search out user groups or forums for additional information regarding this software title.

           Old software is never truly outdated it just becomes Vintage!

This software title is being offered and sold for collector or restoration purposes only. It may have been registered by a previous owner, and may no longer be supported by the manufacturer. Please bid accordingly.

     All disks, CDs, and DVDs are visually inspected and may show signs of wear, use, or mild scratching, however if the item does not look usable I will not list it! 

     If the item comes with a serial number I do not guarantee the manufacturer will honor their serial number or that this item has not been registered to another user. Upon being the winning bidder, serial numbers, registration, and the rights to use the software are between you and the software manufacturer. If you purchase a piece of software from me and it requires a CD Key that is not present or does not work, this is not my concern. Please bid accordingly.

     If an item is listed with Good or Clear CD Key I will NOT accept returns on the item after it leaves my home. If you open an eBay buyer protection case on any item listed Good CD Key I will report you to Are You Legit, or the appropriate authorities for software piracy.

     Please do no bid on unopened software titles if you plan on opening them and installing them on a computer, these are sold with the intention of being collected in unopened condition, furthermore if you open an unopened item I will not accept returns on the item at all.

Computer games do not ship media mail so shipping may seem high, however the post office is cracking down on this.

Media Mail items and Books:

Media items and Books will be shipped out wrapped in brown paper, if you want it shipped in a box please e-mail me and I can add additional charges to your shipping when I send the invoice to cover those costs!

I am always willing to upgrade your shipping to a faster service if you are willing to pay for that shipping service.

Media Items May Be Inspected by the post office during shipment! Recently I shipped a record album that was scratched by the postal inspectors. If such a problem occurs contact me immediately!

I ask that all winning auctions be paid with in three days or at least make contact with me.

Non paying bidders will be added to multiple national block bidder lists of all eBay sellers groups I am enrolled in. I have averaged 1 non-paying bidder per week. This garbage costs me money I am no longer willing to pay. I have a stack of 98 ruined boxes, padded envelopes, and packages stacked in a pile. Return Policy:

Returns on AS IS Items: I do not have a return policy unless otherwise stated in the description, all though I will generally do my best to try and resolve any issues on items. Please realize these are used items, so if you have requirements about the items physical properties, ask me to look at the item before you bid so I can inspect the item for you. I am always happy to work with buyers with legitimate concerns. If this item has been insured and you receive it in a condition that it is not what is was when it is sent this refund must be supplied by the US Postal Service. I will help you any way I can with your claim. I will usually insure any item over $20.00 automatically!

Books, Records, and Tapes:

     I list all my books records and tapes in “acceptable condition” because I am not a qualified book grader. The item may be in better condition, but eBay has a habit of changing their book grading system and I am tired of trying to rememorize it, as a result ALL my books will be listed in acceptable condition.

     I do not wish to accept returns on any books, records, Tapes, CDs, Video Disks, ect.. I have a camera and am willing to take ANY additional pictures of my items prior to your bid. I do my best but I am far from being an expert.
