IT WAS ONLY RELEASED BY THE COLUMBIA HOUSE RECORD CLUB IN THE USA IN 1991, AND WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES.
Other pressings are from Mercury Records, and / or are imports.
I have personally owned this gatefold record since 1991, and purchased more than one from Columbia House- this is the last copy I have.
There are no bends, bullet holes, or cut-outs to the sleeve.
