Description
Here is an LP that has come to be identified with the Psychedelic Era of the 1960s.
In this auction:

“IN-A-GADDA-DA-VIDA” LP by Iron Butterfly

This is ATCO (Atlantic) RECORDS SD 33-250.

It was originally released in 1968.

This LP, of course, contains the band’s psychedelic hit, “IN-A-GADDA-DA-VIDA”, all 17 minutes of it! (A shortened version was played on AM radio.)

The LP in this auction is most likely an EARLY REISSUE, because It has the “SUPER SAVER SERIES” sticker on the front shrink wrap. This sticker was applied to reissue LPs in the 1970s and 1980s. However, I tend to think that this LP is an early 1970s reissue, because there is NO BAR CODE and the COVER is of CARDBOARD CONSTRUCTION WITH FRONT and REAR SLICKS PASTED ON. (I believe most record companies went to poster-board covers with graphics printed onto the poster-board from 1975 on.)

This LP, BOTH COVER AND VINYL, is in MINT CONDITION STILL SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP that has “breathe holes”. The “SUPER SAVER SERIES” sticker is on the front shrink wrap. The VINYL is, of course, MINT STILL SEALED INSIDE the cover.
FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (P for Poor, F for Fair, G for Good, G+ for Good Plus, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY GRADE this LP, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
