The record is in excellent Condition.The vinyl still has a lovely sheen.
The record comes in a picture sleeve which is also excellent.
The labels are clean and free from any scribbles etc.
As you probably already know is that DEMO records were NEVER meant for sale to the general public and couldn`t be bought over the counter.They were made specifically for Radio Dj`s and the Music Media for `Play & Review` purposes.So fairly scarce as at the time there was probably not more than 250 made.
