This is a rare u.s. promotional lp that I've only seen once.
They release this with a promo sticker in the upper right hand corner of the sleeve that reads
"Iron Maiden

Catalog number is: SJ-12524

Side 1 has an etching around the rim of the vinyl that says "dmm al sp it were so loud sterling sound"

Side 2 has an etching around the rim that says "dmm sterling sound even quiet bits were loud"

The labels on the vinyl are not marked promo as what they did is put a sticker on the front sleeve and handed them out to a select few people.
