The entire item is in excellent condition. The LP is in excellent order. The cover is also in excellent condition, the the inner sleeve is close to Near Mint. This is the 1986 AUSTRALIAN PRESSING on EMI Records, not an item that is always coming up. As already mentioned, everything is in excellent condition. The cover has ZERO splits, creases or fades. It does have a fray on the upper front right hand corner - pictured. This is only a storage fray and not a split. If not for that fray, the cover would be in Excellent+ to Near Mint- condition; and that's being harsh. All the spines of the cover are wonderfully intact. There is just, as mentioned, the minor storage wear fray; remember, this is from 1986!
This was a once well loved item on heavy rotation so there are some playing scuff marks but overall, well maintained. The LP still plays wonderfully well and has a really nice gloss to it; the LP has not been played in over 2.5 decades and literally just sat in the collection. The inner sleeve is close to Near Mint condition - it literally is in remarkable condition. The inner sleeve has the lyrics on one side and a band picture on the other - please refer to the images. Great pickup for someone out there.
