Description

Hi there, presented here is an insanely rare Iron Maiden item, a shop display holder for the single "Wasted Years".  Not only that, it also includes the actual single itself, with the rarer silver label variant.  The display holder was pressed to very small quantities, and I would think that there are no more than a handful remaining! Only distributed to very few independent record stores. Both the holder and the single were made available in 1986. EMI label, catalogue no. EMI 5583. The single has been played just once, and owned by me from new!  So here's the condition:-

 

The display stand:-  EX, very little wear.  In amazing condition for it's age, only has minor wear to edges, even then it is very sharp edged still.  Front colours are vibrant.  Looks great!!

 

The single:-  Played only once, but would describe as VG+ as has slight dust accumulation.  Easy to clean though.

 

The labels:-  EX, very scarce plastic silver label design, both with clear print and no spindle wear. 

 

The sleeve:-  VG-.  Front cover looks great, and all edges are true. Rear sleeve has a pinking line run through the centre as can be seen in the photo.
