This listing is for a sealed copy of the It Follows OST by Disasterpeace. Milan - M2-36720. 

Vinyl is graded as mint since the record remains sealed.

Sleeve is graded as excellent. I realize this is a harsh grade for a record that is still sealed but I list every flaw I see even if the record is sealed. You'll notice most sellers only write that the record is "new" or in "new condition" despite possibly being damaged which I feel is deceptive.

Anyway, I've graded the sleeve as EX due to two corner dings on the bottom two corners(2nd & 3rd photos). I've placed a quarter next to give perspective to the size of the dings. There is also a partial seam split on the top of the record(final photo). It is not visible when looking down at the top edge and is more on the front of the record which is probably why it's only a partial split. There are no other visible flaws with the sleeve.

Record will ship with corner protectors to ensure it arrives in the same condition it is listed here. If you'd like me to remove the 12" prior to shipping to prevent any possible further seam damage let me know.
